Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

• Are not included in the price of your order or the shipping costs paid at checkout.
• Are determined by your local customs authority.
• Are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to predict or control these charges, as they vary from country to country.

Payment of Charges

If customs duties or taxes are due, you may be contacted by the courier or your local customs authority before your order can be delivered.

Failure to pay any applicable customs charges may result in:

• Delays to your delivery.
• Your parcel being held by customs.
• Your parcel being returned to us.
• Your parcel being abandoned or destroyed by the courier or customs authority in accordance with local regulations.

Any additional costs incurred as a result of unpaid customs charges, including return shipping, handling fees or disposal costs, may be deducted from any refund where permitted.

Delivery Times

International delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only.

Customs inspections and clearance procedures are outside of our control and may result in additional delays. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs processing.

Import Restrictions

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered can legally be imported into the destination country.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have checked any local laws, regulations or import restrictions that may apply.

Order Acceptance

By placing an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees.
• These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
• Delivery may be delayed while customs clearance takes place.
• We are not responsible for customs decisions, import restrictions or additional charges imposed by authorities in your country.
